1. Membership Fee & Validity
The annual membership fee is ₹1500 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only). The membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of successful payment.

2. Purpose of Membership
The membership fee is a voluntary contribution towards the philanthropic, social, and spiritual initiatives carried out by VK Foundation. By becoming a member, you agree to support the mission of creating a positive impact and contributing towards the well-being of society.

3. Application & Acceptance
Submission of the application and payment does not guarantee membership. All applications are subject to review and approval by VK Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.

4. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold the values, integrity, and discipline of VK Foundation. Any behavior that is unethical, harmful, abusive, or against the principles of the Foundation may result in suspension or termination of membership without prior notice.

5. Fraud, Misuse & Representation
Any unauthorized use, misrepresentation, or misuse of VK Foundation’s name, identity, logo, or activities will be treated as a serious offense and may lead to legal action under applicable laws.

6. Payment & Auto Submission
By proceeding with the payment of ₹1500, you acknowledge and agree that your application will be automatically submitted upon successful transaction. Ensure that all details provided are accurate and complete before proceeding.

7. Refund Policy
In the event that an application is not approved, the membership fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 (seven) business days. No refunds will be processed once the membership is approved.

8. Cancellation & Termination
Membership once approved cannot be cancelled by the member for a refund. VK Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time in case of violation of these terms, without any refund.

9. Non-transferability
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, shared, or transferred to any other individual or entity.

10. Data & Privacy
By applying for membership, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information for verification, communication, and operational purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws. VK Foundation will take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

11. Communication Consent
By becoming a member, you agree to receive communications from VK Foundation via email, SMS, phone, or other digital channels regarding updates, activities, and important notifications.

12. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, name, logo, and associated intellectual property of VK Foundation are the exclusive property of the Foundation. Members shall not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability
VK Foundation shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership, participation in activities, or reliance on any information provided.

14. Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless VK Foundation, its trustees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of breach of these terms or misuse of membership.

15. Force Majeure
VK Foundation shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

16. Taxation & GST
The membership contribution of ₹1500 is inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, if any. VK Foundation shall comply with prevailing tax laws in India. If GST is applicable, the same will be charged as per government regulations, and a valid tax invoice will be issued where required.

17. Donation Receipt
Upon successful payment and approval of membership, an official receipt will be issued by VK Foundation for the contribution made. This receipt is for record purposes and may be used as per applicable financial regulations.

18. 80G Tax Exemption (If Applicable)
If VK Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, eligible members may claim tax benefits on their contribution subject to prevailing laws. The Foundation will provide necessary documentation upon request. Members are advised to consult their tax advisor for eligibility and claims.

19. Nature of Contribution
The membership fee is a voluntary contribution towards the objectives of the Foundation and does not create any ownership, profit-sharing, or financial return rights for the member.

20. Compliance with Laws
VK Foundation operates in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including regulations governing charitable trusts, societies, or Section 8 companies, as applicable. All activities and memberships are subject to such legal compliance.

21. Foreign Contributions (If Applicable)
VK Foundation shall accept foreign contributions only in compliance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), if applicable. Memberships or contributions from foreign nationals shall be subject to such regulatory approvals.

22. Amendments
VK Foundation reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
